South Africa Technology & Innovation Centre (SATIC) is PwC’s technology-enabled delivery centre, providing high-quality business and technology services to PwC member firms across the global network. By combining local expertise with global collaboration, SATIC enables the delivery of scalable, innovative and efficient solutions that help our stakeholders build trust and solve important problems.

This role sits within Global Learning Services and supports the administration, optimization and continuous improvement of PwC’s global learning technology ecosystem. The Senior Associate will provide operational support across learning platforms, including Cornerstone OnDemand, Growth Centre, Global Catalogue, Atlas Cloud and related tools, while partnering with global stakeholders to deliver reliable learning operations, testing, reporting, governance and continuous improvement outcomes.

This is a systems-led learning operations role focused on platform administration, testing, governance, reporting, stakeholder support and process improvement. It is not an instructional design or content-authoring role.

Summary

The Global Learning Services Senior Associate plays a key role in LMS administration, learning technology support, operational delivery, testing and validation, stakeholder engagement, reporting, documentation and process improvement. The role requires mandatory hands-on LMS administration experience, preferably in Cornerstone OnDemand, including a strong understanding of the end-to-end learning lifecycle across content deployment, learner assignments, audience management, certifications, reporting, archiving and retirement. The role also requires practical project coordination / project management experience to support operational initiatives, system enhancements, testing, validation and foundation improvement activities. Success in the role requires strong analytical capability, exceptional attention to detail, a high standard of quality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, virtual environment.

Responsibilities of role

  • Administer and maintain learning platforms including Cornerstone OnDemand, Growth Centre (LXP), Global Catalogue, Atlas Cloud and related learning technologies.
  • Manage the end-to-end learning lifecycle, including content deployment, learner assignments, audience management, certifications, reporting, audits, archiving and retirement activities.
  • Manage territory requests and provide operational support across Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD), Growth Centre (LXP), Global Catalogue, Atlas Cloud and related learning technologies.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with internal and external support teams.
  • Lead and support UAT, regression testing, validation and quality assurance activities for enhancements, releases, system updates and platform upgrades.
  • Develop and execute test scripts, document outcomes, identify defects and coordinate remediation activities.
  • Create, review and maintain release notes and related stakeholder communications for system updates, enhancements and platform changes.
  • Coordinate and manage learning technology and operational projects or workstreams, including project plans, timelines, dependencies, stakeholder communications, risks, action tracking and delivery follow-through.
  • Produce reports, conduct metadata reviews, perform system audits and provide actionable recommendations to support governance and decision-making.
  • Maintain SharePoint content, knowledge articles, templates, site updates, standard operating procedures and user guidance materials.
  • Deliver high-quality support, upskilling sessions, system demonstrations and stakeholder communications across global learning teams.
  • Design, configure and maintain custom certificates and other platform-based learning assets in support of learning programmes and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications, email follow-ups, tracker management and other operational administrative activities to support effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders, territories, vendors and internal teams to support the effective delivery, adoption and continuous improvement of learning technology solutions.

Experience required

  • Minimum 3–5 years of Learning & Development experience, specifically within learning operations, learning technology or LMS administration.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience administering a Learning Management System within a learning and development environment; Cornerstone OnDemand experience is strongly preferred.
  • Mandatory experience managing the end-to-end LMS learning lifecycle, including content deployment, learner assignments, audience management, certifications, reporting, audits, archiving and retirement activities.
  • Experience supporting global stakeholders within a professional services or multinational organization.
  • Mandatory experience coordinating or managing operational projects, system enhancements, testing, validation or process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience should be specifically relevant to learning operations / learning technology rather than general business systems administration.

Qualifications /Certifications required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, Learning & Development or a related field.
  • Equivalent relevant experience in LMS administration and learning operations may be considered where appropriate.
  • Relevant LMS, project management, learning technology or business systems certifications.

Desirable skill sets include

  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of learning analytics, reporting methodologies and data governance.
  • Experience with SharePoint administration, content governance and knowledge management.
  • Experience supporting workflow automation, business process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with supporting and maintaining Power Platform-based business tools used in learning operations.

Role related attributes

  • Highly analytical with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to understand system interdependencies, downstream impacts and process consequences across the learning technology ecosystem.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality orientation.
  • Proactive, self-starting and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Adaptable and comfortable operating in a changing global environment.
  • Strong relationship builder with the ability to collaborate across cultures, time zones and functions.
  • Curious and technology-minded, with an interest in learning systems, automation and digital transformation.

The successful candidates will be required to work the standard office hours of our Multi-territory offices. During the training period, attendance in the office will be required on a daily basis. Following the completion of training, candidates will transition to a hybrid working model. Please note that PwC SATIC is currently refining its hybrid working approach, and this remains subject to change in line with business, client, and team requirements.
