A dynamic organization dedicated to innovation and excellence is seeking a skilled Project Manager to drive key initiatives from conception to completion in Johannesburg. What You'll Do: Take ownership of assigned projects, managing them end-to-end from initiation through to delivery and post-implementation review Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously, tracking progress against scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution Maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, RAID logs, and dashboards Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status and health Work within an Agile\/Scrum environment, supporting iterative delivery processes Facilitate activities such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams Translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables Manage backlogs, priorities, dependencies, and delivery milestones Promote continuous improvement and Agile practices Coordinate testing and deployment activities, including UAT and QA Ensure change management processes are followed and lessons learned are documented Requirements: 3-5 years' project management experience within technology, software, digital, or product environments Proven track record managing end-to-end technology projects Experience working in Agile\/Scrum settings Ability to work effectively with software development teams Skilled in managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, project planning, and management methodologies Nice to Have: Experience in the sports, gaming, or related industries
