About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking recruitment consultancy, is seeking a seasoned and independent Remote Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding, fully virtual team. This role is designed for a recruitment professional who excels in managing their own workload and delivering high-quality placements without the need for a physical office. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from building client relationships to sourcing and securing top talent for a variety of roles. Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and recruitment projects from initiation to completion.
• Proactively source, screen, and assess candidates for a diverse range of positions.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to client needs.
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews, evaluating skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Negotiate employment offers and manage the candidate through the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment , preferably within a consultancy or agency setting.
• Demonstrated success in managing a recruitment desk and achieving placement targets.
• Excellent sourcing skills, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networks.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
• Resilience and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
