About the Role

Our client requires a proactive and experienced Childminder Supervisor to oversee operations and ensure high standards of care at their facility in Richards Bay . This pivotal role involves managing a team of childminders, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and fostering a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for young children. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the center, working to create a stimulating atmosphere that supports the developmental needs of each child. Your leadership will be key to maintaining the reputation and quality of care that our client is known for in the Richards Bay area.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of childminders, providing ongoing training and support.
• Ensure all staff adhere to health, safety, and operational policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Liaise with parents, addressing concerns and providing updates on their child's progress.
• Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and inventory.

Requirements
