About the Role

Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Teacher to lead a classroom at their reputable center in Randburg . You will be responsible for creating a positive, stimulating, and safe learning environment where young children can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically. This role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and communicating effectively with parents. We are looking for an educator who is dedicated to fostering a love of learning and building a strong foundation for future academic success in the children of Gauteng .

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons across all developmental domains.
• Create and maintain a stimulating, safe, and orderly classroom environment.
• Observe and assess children's progress, documenting achievements and areas for development.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's activities, progress, and well-being.
• Foster positive social interactions and emotional development among students.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or teaching.
• Proven experience as a preschool teacher or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and learning theories.
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity, patience, and a genuine dedication to children's learning and welfare.
