Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for graduate and entry-level positions nationwide.
- Build strong relationships with university career services and relevant educational institutions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for volume hiring campaigns.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for aptitude, potential, and cultural fit.
- Organize and facilitate virtual assessment centers and interview days.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a specific focus on graduate or entry-level recruitment.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale recruitment projects and volume hiring.
- Excellent ability to engage with and assess early-career talent.
- Strong understanding of effective candidate sourcing strategies for graduates.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, comfortable in a virtual setting.
- Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives is a plus.
