Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data and process workflows to identify areas for optimization and cost reduction.
• Develop, test, and implement innovative process improvement solutions utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and performance metrics for remote operations.
• Collaborate effectively with virtual teams, stakeholders, and management across different time zones to ensure successful project implementation.
• Utilize simulation and modeling software to evaluate proposed process changes and predict outcomes.
• Research and recommend new technologies and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related quantitative field.
• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, or operations management.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred), and statistical process control (SPC).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote work environment .
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for seamless virtual collaboration.
