About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Post-Construction Cleaning Specialist to join their team in Nelspruit. This role is critical in preparing newly built or renovated spaces for final inspection and handover, ensuring they are immaculate and free from construction dust and debris. You will work with specialized equipment and techniques to achieve a high level of cleanliness in challenging environments. This position requires a meticulous approach and a strong understanding of the specific requirements of post-construction cleaning in the Mpumalanga region. Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning of construction sites, including removing dust, dirt, paint splatters, and adhesive residue from all surfaces.
• Clean windows, window frames, sills, and tracks to remove construction grime.
• Vacuum and clean floors, including carpets, hardwood, tile, and concrete.
• Wipe down and sanitize all fixtures, countertops, cabinets, and appliances.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting the requirements for final client or inspection approval in Nelspruit.

Requirements

• Previous experience in post-construction cleaning or commercial cleaning is essential.
