About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and experienced Online Curriculum Developer to design and build engaging educational content for their digital learning platform. This fully remote position involves conceptualizing, structuring, and writing comprehensive course materials across various subjects, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and industry best practices. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to create high-quality, interactive learning experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, effective, and interactive online courses and learning modules from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear, concise, and accessible educational content.
• Write and edit instructional text, multimedia scripts, assessments, and other learning materials.
• Ensure all curriculum materials adhere to instructional design principles, accessibility standards, and pedagogical best practices.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders in a remote setting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational content creation, preferably for online platforms.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE), and learning technologies.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS).
