Nanny - Experienced and Qualified

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Nanny to provide comprehensive care for their children in Stellenbosch . This role requires a professional who is passionate about child development, capable of managing daily routines, educational activities, and ensuring the overall well-being of the children. You will work closely with the family to support the children's growth in a nurturing and stimulating environment. This position offers a significant degree of autonomy and responsibility, with the flexibility of remote support where applicable for administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and nurturing care for children, ensuring their safety and developmental needs are met.
• Plan and implement engaging educational activities, fostering learning through play and structured lessons.
• Manage children's daily schedules, including meals, naps, and extracurricular activities.
• Prepare healthy and balanced meals and snacks for the children.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children.
• Communicate openly and regularly with parents about children's progress and any concerns.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Nanny .
• Formal qualifications in childcare, early childhood education, or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of child development stages and age-appropriate activities.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, adaptable to remote collaboration when needed for planning and updates.
• Must reside in or be able to commute to Stellenbosch .
