About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Virtual Child Development Specialist to lead their remote early learning programs. This fully remote position involves designing, developing, and delivering engaging online educational content and support for young children and their families. You will leverage technology to create impactful learning experiences, focusing on the developmental milestones of children aged 0-5. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging digital tools to enhance early childhood education, fostering a love for learning and providing crucial developmental support to children across distances, all while working within a cutting-edge, fully remote organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and curate high-quality, age-appropriate virtual learning materials and activities.
• Deliver live and pre-recorded online educational sessions to children, ensuring active engagement.
• Provide virtual guidance and support to parents on child development strategies and learning at home.
• Assess and monitor children's developmental progress through digital observation and feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the virtual curriculum and platform.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in remote early childhood education.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a closely related field.
• 5+ years of experience in early childhood education, with a strong emphasis on curriculum development and delivery.
• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing digital platforms and educational technologies for remote instruction.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging both children and adults online.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience in early intervention or special needs education is a plus.
