Key Responsibilities

• Execute the physical installation of equipment and systems at client locations according to detailed project plans and specifications.
• Perform comprehensive system testing and initial configuration to verify functionality and performance post-installation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the installation process, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Ensure all installation sites are left clean and organized, with proper documentation of work completed.
• Provide basic operational guidance and answer client questions regarding the newly installed equipment.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company procedures while on client sites.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical installation or field service role, preferably with complex equipment or IT systems.
• Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and networking principles relevant to installations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and installation manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous approach to work.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and communication within the Pretoria area.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to various client sites.
