About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop new specialty chemical formulations and products to meet market demands.

• Optimize existing chemical processes for improved yield, purity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide technical support for the scale-up and manufacturing of new specialty chemicals.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, patent applications, and product literature.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or Organic/Materials Chemistry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the development and synthesis of specialty chemicals.
• Strong background in organic synthesis, polymer chemistry, or materials science.
• Experience with analytical techniques such as NMR, GC-MS, HPLC, and DSC.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote research environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to chemical innovation.
