Senior Infrastructure Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned and proactive Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead high-profile projects from a remote setting. This role is pivotal in steering the successful planning, execution, and closure of complex civil engineering initiatives, including transportation, water management, and urban development projects. You will be instrumental in managing project lifecycles, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline, utilizing advanced remote collaboration and project management tools. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of infrastructure projects , from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Manage and coordinate project teams, consultants, and contractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration remotely.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant engineering standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, maintaining strong working relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects .
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and collaboration tools .
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, adapted for a remote environment.
• Professional certification such as PMP or similar is highly regarded.
