About the Role

This role involves delivering a range of high-level treatments, from intensive facials to laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation procedures. You will play a key role in client consultations, developing tailored treatment plans, and ensuring client satisfaction and safety. Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced skincare treatments , including deep cleansing, exfoliation, chemical peels, and customized facials.
• Operate and maintain various laser equipment for treatments such as hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and tattoo removal.
• Conduct thorough skin analysis and consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and home care regimes.
• Educate clients on the benefits and processes of various aesthetic treatments.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols.
• Stay informed about new skincare technologies, treatments, and product innovations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist, with at least 3 years focusing on advanced skincare and laser treatments.
• Proven experience operating various types of laser and IPL machines .
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and common skin conditions.
• Excellent consultation and client management skills.
• Relevant beauty therapy qualifications and certifications, including laser operation.
• Commitment to professional development and upholding high service standards in SouthAfrica .
