About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and energetic Warehouse Associate to join their team in Stellenbosch . In this hybrid role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management and order fulfillment, directly contributing to the success of our logistics and warehousing operations. This is a hands‑on position for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced physical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against orders.
• Store products in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the warehouse .
• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Prepare goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery .
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items.
• Team player with good communication skills.
