About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Massage Therapist and Wellness Coach to join their expanding wellness network, serving clients remotely and with occasional in-person needs near Klerksdorp. This role involves providing therapeutic massage services and offering personalized wellness coaching to help clients achieve their health and well-being goals. You will leverage your expertise to create tailored programs, guiding clients through stress management, fitness, and nutrition. This is a unique opportunity to work flexibly within the Beauty & Wellness sector, making a significant impact on clients' lives through holistic approaches and remote support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth wellness assessments and consultations with clients, both virtually and in person.
• Design and deliver personalized massage therapy sessions targeting specific client needs and conditions.
• Develop comprehensive wellness plans encompassing exercise, nutrition, stress reduction, and mindfulness.
• Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients to ensure adherence to their wellness programs.
• Maintain detailed client progress notes and ensure confidentiality of all client information.

Requirements

• Certified and licensed Massage Therapist with at least 7 years of experience.
• Certification or demonstrable experience in Wellness Coaching.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage modalities.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and utilize virtual communication tools proficiently.
