You will be responsible for the entire production lifecycle, from concept development and planning to directing on-site crews and ensuring the highest broadcast quality. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of sports program production, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Direct live broadcasts, manage camera crews, technical directors, and on-air talent during events.
• Develop innovative show formats, segment ideas, and storytelling approaches for sports content.
• Collaborate with rights holders, commentators, and journalists to ensure accurate and engaging coverage.
• Manage post-production workflows, including editing, graphics, and sound design, to deliver final broadcast-ready content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism, Film Production, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in sports broadcasting production, with a strong portfolio of produced shows/segments.
• Proven ability to manage live productions under pressure and make critical real-time decisions.
• Expertise in production software, hardware, and broadcast technologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
