Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert, personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations via live chat, email, and video calls.

• Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding orders, shipping, returns, and product performance promptly and professionally.
• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage inquiries, and maintain detailed customer profiles.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Beauty Advisor, Esthetician, Makeup Artist, or similar role in the beauty industry.
• Extensive knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, makeup application, and fragrance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets in a remote setting.
