Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes across various departments to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize workflows using lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Develop process models, simulations, and data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams through virtual communication channels to drive change initiatives.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and provide ongoing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering with a strong focus on process analysis and optimization.
• Proven experience applying lean manufacturing , Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Expertise in data analysis, process modeling, and simulation tools.
• Exceptional remote collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools and project management software.
