Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough cleaning and disinfection of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, common spaces, and high-traffic zones.
- Manage waste disposal services, ensuring compliance with recycling and landfill protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance on cleaning equipment, reporting any malfunctions or needs for repair.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and reorder as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and sanitation best practices.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and specialized sanitation tasks as required by management.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in janitorial or environmental services .
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and their proper application.
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment, such as floor buffers and vacuum cleaners.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks within deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
