Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of new SaaS product features and platforms.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources for remote engineering and product teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure efficient sprint cycles for product development.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, and Marketing teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to software development and remote collaboration.
• Ensure product releases are well-documented, tested, and meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management , specifically within the SaaS or software development industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing full product lifecycle projects for web or mobile applications.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud infrastructure, and software development principles.
• Exceptional remote leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• A relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
