Our client is searching for a dedicated and experienced Senior Retail Sales Associate to join their team in Richards Bay . In this role, you will be a key point of contact for customers, providing expert advice, exceptional service, and driving sales. You will also play a role in mentoring junior staff and assisting with store operational tasks. The ideal candidate is passionate about retail, excels in customer interaction, and has a strong understanding of sales techniques and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers proactively, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.


• Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets through effective sales techniques.

• Assist in training and guiding new sales associates on product knowledge and sales processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Associate in a retail environment.
