Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with clients, understanding their unique hiring needs.
• Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and provide constructive feedback to both candidates and clients.
• Achieve and exceed agreed-upon performance targets and KPIs.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market intelligence to provide strategic advice to clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment , preferably within a consultancy or agency environment.
• Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment and client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate engagement techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing remote and office-based work.
