About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and analytical Risk Management Specialist to join their corporate office in Pretoria . Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess operational, financial, and strategic risks facing the organization.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and report on the organization's risk profile.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits across various departments.
• Facilitate risk management training and awareness programs for employees.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in risk management , compliance, or a related field within the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and frameworks (e.g., COSO).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and situations.
• Proficiency in risk management software and MS Office Suite.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CRM, CRISC) are preferred.
