Purpose / Job Summary
- Ensure work is performed according to ALV standards.
- Develop and coordinate the production area, including planning, organization, and control activities.
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and Quality standards while promoting a safety culture and risk awareness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Line Effectiveness; NQC
Strategic Context & Challenges
- Ensure daily operations run according to ALV standards and SQDCM targets.
- Coordinate activities with cross-functional teams within the production area.
- Build and maintain understanding among AMTs of their area's impact on production results.

Core Responsibilities & Activities
- Conduct and attend Gemba meetings (Start-up/Handover, Pulse, Kaizen, Communication and Daily SQDCM).
- Lead the team, identify development needs, and support employee growth.
- Manage the assigned production area with full ownership.
- Ensure compliance with all H&S standards.
- Promote teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure targets are achieved through effective resource management.
- Monitor production processes and implement improvement actions when required.
- Completely responsible for shop floor activities on shifts including maintenance; NQC; Supply; Systems

Other Tasks & Responsibilities

Education
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is advantageous
Previous Experience
- Minimum 5-10 years' manufacturing experience, including 2 years in a Gemba leadership role
- Experience in setting and achieving production targets
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
This position does require working shift.
