About the Role

Our client is seeking an organized and experienced Site Installation Manager to oversee installation projects in and around Randburg. This role requires a leader who can manage project timelines, resources, and personnel to ensure the successful and timely completion of installation works. You will be responsible for coordinating site activities, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring that all installations meet quality and safety standards. This is a key position for an individual with strong project management skills and a background in installation and maintenance, playing a vital role in delivering successful projects in the dynamic Gauteng region.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct all on-site installation activities.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
• Supervise and coordinate teams of installers and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards on site.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and progress reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within the installation or construction industry.
