About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Install solar panels, mounting hardware, inverters, and associated electrical components.
• Perform electrical wiring and connections according to design specifications and electrical codes.
• Conduct system checks and commissioning tests to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation-related issues encountered on-site.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all site-specific safety protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and site supervisors to complete installations efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solar PV Installer or qualified Electrician with solar experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret installation manuals , blueprints, and technical diagrams.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools used in electrical and construction work.
• Good physical condition and ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and a commitment to reliable attendance.
