About the Role

Our client is seeking a driven and innovative Remote Social Impact Coordinator to spearhead initiatives focused on community well-being and development. This fully remote role is critical for identifying impactful projects, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring the effective delivery of social programs across diverse communities. You will play a key role in researching social needs, developing program strategies, and managing projects from conception to completion, all from the convenience of your home office. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in social development, project management, and a passion for creating sustainable positive change.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify key social issues and opportunities for impactful interventions within target communities.
• Develop, manage, and execute social impact projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and community needs.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, non-profit organizations, and government agencies.
• Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and generate reports on social impact and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate and facilitate virtual meetings, workshops, and collaborative sessions with diverse stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in social impact and community development.

Requirements

• Master's degree in International Development, Social Work, Public Policy, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in social impact, program management, or community development, with a proven track record in remote project leadership.
• Demonstrated expertise in project lifecycle management, from design to evaluation.
• Excellent research, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, effective for remote collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with project management software and virtual collaboration tools.
