About the Role

Our client, a prominent real estate firm in Midrand , is seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Valuer to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial for providing accurate and insightful property valuations to support investment, development, and transactional decisions. You will play a key part in assessing market trends, property conditions, and economic factors to determine fair market value. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work both remotely and from our state-of-the-art Gauteng offices, ensuring a balance between focused work and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive property valuations for a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Analyze market data, comparable sales, and economic indicators to support valuation methodologies.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports , including findings, justifications, and recommendations.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to present valuation findings and address queries.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior valuers and contribute to the team's technical development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate valuation .
• Professional qualification in Valuations, Property Studies, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in various valuation techniques and property types.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent report writing and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant valuation software and MS Office Suite.
