Key Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of insurance data to identify trends, assess risks, and forecast future liabilities.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory financial statements and reports.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and finance teams to provide actuarial support and insights.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging actuarial techniques.
• Present complex actuarial findings in a clear and understandable manner to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Progress towards actuarial qualifications (e.g., Society of Actuaries, Institute and Faculty of Actuaries).
• Strong proficiency in statistical modeling, data analysis, and programming (e.g., R, Python, SQL).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information.
• Experience with insurance industry data and practices is highly preferred.
