About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Agent to specialize in the luxury property market in Cape Town . You will be responsible for sourcing, marketing, and selling high-end residential properties, building strong relationships with discerning clients, and providing exceptional service throughout the transaction process. This role requires a deep understanding of the affluent market, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering premium experiences. You will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing remote prospecting and client communication with in-person property viewings and client meetings, contributing to a prestigious agency known for its market expertise and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential sellers and buyers in the luxury real estate segment.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies for high-value properties.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and guide clients through the entire sales process.
- Build and maintain a robust network of high-net-worth individuals and industry contacts.
- Prepare comparative market analyses (CMAs) and advise clients on pricing strategies.
- Manage administrative tasks, including contract preparation and coordination with legal and financial professionals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent , with a successful track record in sales, particularly in the luxury segment.
- Valid Estate Agent Professional Practitioner (NQF4/PPRE) qualification.
- Exceptional negotiation, sales, and client relationship management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Cape Town luxury property market and its trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing remote work with on-site client interactions.
