Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design process and oversee the development of architectural solutions from ideation to final documentation.
• Manage and mentor a team of architectural designers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Present design proposals and concepts effectively to clients, stakeholders, and review boards.
• Ensure all designs meet stringent quality standards, sustainability goals, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Architecture or a recognized equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architectural design, with significant leadership responsibilities.
• Exceptional proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, Rhino, and advanced visualization tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing innovative and well-executed architectural projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
