Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Perform routine checks on machinery to ensure proper functioning and identify potential issues.
• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and minor maintenance tasks.
• Ensure that production targets are met while adhering to strict quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following good housekeeping practices.
• Report any operational issues, safety hazards, or quality concerns to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Production Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is an advantage.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions, both written and verbal.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight.
