Lead Automotive UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and experienced Lead Automotive UX/UI Designer to shape the future of in-car digital experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for automotive digital interfaces, including concept development, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Translate complex technical requirements into simple, intuitive, and elegant user experiences.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to ensure feasibility and effective implementation of designs.
• Mentor and guide junior designers within the remote team, fostering a culture of design excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• Significant professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on automotive or complex digital products.
• A robust portfolio showcasing exceptional UX/UI design work, interaction design, and visual design skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills for remote team environments.
