About the Role

You will leverage digital platforms and communication tools to conduct thorough market analysis, negotiate effectively, and build robust supplier relationships, all from your home office. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, possesses exceptional analytical skills, and is adept at managing procurement tasks independently. This role is critical in driving supply chain excellence and ensuring cost efficiency across the organization, offering significant autonomy and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential suppliers globally and locally, conducting comprehensive due diligence.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, performance, and compliance with company standards and ethical guidelines.
• Lead negotiations for pricing, terms, and conditions for a variety of goods and services.
• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers through regular communication.
• Analyze market data and sourcing trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and supply chain optimization.
• Prepare detailed reports on sourcing activities, supplier performance, and cost savings achieved.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or strategic purchasing, preferably in a remote setting.
• Proven negotiation skills and experience in managing supplier contracts.
• Proficiency in using sourcing platforms, e-procurement tools, and advanced Excel functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
