Senior HR Advisor

About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Advisor to join their dynamic team in Stellenbosch . This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of HR best practices to provide expert advice and support to management and employees. You will be instrumental in managing complex employee relations cases, developing HR policies, and supporting talent management initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of HR issues.


• Manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary procedures and grievance investigations.


• Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.


• Support talent management initiatives, including performance management and succession planning.


• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.


• Ensure compliance with all South African labor laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.


• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an HR advisory or generalist role.


• Proven experience in managing complex employee relations and HR investigations.


• Strong knowledge of South African labor law and its practical application.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities.
