This position is vital for ensuring operational continuity and efficiency across diverse client locations without requiring physical presence at each site. Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and guidance for equipment installation and maintenance procedures.
• Utilize remote monitoring tools and diagnostic software to identify and resolve technical issues proactively.
• Create detailed technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and best practice manuals for remote operations.
• Collaborate with on-site teams via video conferencing and communication platforms to facilitate successful service delivery.
• Analyze performance data from various equipment installations to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Conduct virtual training sessions for clients and field staff on equipment operation and maintenance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical support, installation , or maintenance role, with a strong emphasis on remote assistance.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems using remote access tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and concisely.
• Familiarity with various communication and collaboration software (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Slack).
• Strong understanding of general installation and maintenance principles across various equipment types.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote , home-based environment.
