About the Role

Our client, a reputable financial advisory firm in Polokwane , seeks a dedicated and client-focused Senior Financial Planner to join their expanding team. This role involves developing comprehensive financial plans for individuals and families, guiding them towards achieving their long-term financial goals. You will build trusted relationships with clients, understand their unique circumstances, and provide expert advice on investments, retirement planning, insurance, and estate planning. Key Responsibilities

• Develop personalized, comprehensive financial plans tailored to client needs and objectives.
• Provide expert advice on investment strategies, retirement planning, insurance solutions, and estate planning.
• Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios and financial plans, making necessary adjustments.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse client base.
• Stay current with market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes affecting financial planning.
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as accountants and attorneys, to provide holistic client solutions.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Financial Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Planner or in a similar advisory role.
• RE 5 and relevant financial planning qualifications (e.g., CFP) are essential.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, risk management, and retirement planning.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to analyze financial data and provide sound recommendations.
