About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent Industrial Facility Maintenance Cleaner to ensure the cleanliness and operational integrity of their facilities in Mahikeng . You will perform a wide range of cleaning tasks, from routine upkeep of common areas and offices to specialized cleaning of machinery and production floors. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough cleaning of all assigned industrial areas, including workshops, production floors, warehouses, and offices.


• Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment and machinery effectively and safely.


• Dispose of industrial waste and recyclables according to established environmental and safety guidelines.


• Perform specialized cleaning tasks on machinery and equipment as directed, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.


• Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies, including the use of PPE.


• Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning, with a preference for facility maintenance roles.


• Proficiency in operating and maintaining cleaning equipment, such as pressure washers, floor buffers, and industrial vacuums.


• Knowledge of appropriate cleaning agents and chemicals for different industrial surfaces and materials.
