About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and experienced Legal Advisor specializing in compliance and regulatory matters to join their team in Bloemfontein . This role is crucial for ensuring the company adheres to all pertinent laws, regulations, and industry standards, thereby minimizing legal and financial risks. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs, conducting internal investigations, and advising senior management on regulatory changes. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements

• LLB degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Admission as an Attorney or Advocate in South Africa .
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in compliance, regulatory law, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of South African corporate and industry-specific regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Experience in managing regulatory inquiries and audits.
