Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw video footage into cohesive and compelling narratives, ensuring smooth pacing and flow.
- Incorporate graphics, music, sound effects, and color grading to enhance visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with directors and producers to understand project requirements and creative vision.
- Manage and organize project files efficiently, maintaining clear version control.
- Ensure final video output meets technical specifications for different platforms (web, social media, broadcast).
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to video editing software and hardware.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Video Editor or in a similar post-production role.
- Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro , Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience with motion graphics and visual effects software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of video editing projects and a keen sense of narrative structure and visual aesthetics.
- Excellent understanding of color correction, sound mixing, and mastering techniques.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
