About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and knowledgeable Remote HR Specialist focused on Compliance to ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws and regulations. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies and procedures to guarantee legal compliance and mitigate risks. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.

• Manage and maintain all required HR compliance records and reporting.
• Develop and deliver training programs on compliance-related topics to employees and management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries and investigations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, with a strong specialization in HR compliance and labor law.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor legislation and employment equity regulations.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and compliance programs.
• Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
