About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Electrician to join their dedicated team in Rustenburg . This position focuses on the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of complex electrical systems within modern vehicles. You will be responsible for troubleshooting everything from basic wiring issues to advanced electronic control units (ECUs). This role is essential for ensuring the safety and performance of vehicles, contributing to a workshop environment known for its technical expertise and commitment to quality service within the North West province. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults, including wiring harnesses, lighting systems, and battery issues.
• Install and service automotive electronic components, such as sensors, alternators, and starter motors.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to pinpoint electrical problems accurately.
• Perform routine checks and preventative maintenance on vehicle electrical systems.
• Ensure all electrical repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Electrician or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems, circuit diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and multimeters.
• Experience with vehicle computer diagnostics is essential.
• A valid driver's license is required.
