Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate curriculum and learning experiences that align with developmental milestones.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Assess children's progress through observation and documentation, providing tailored support.
- Build positive relationships with children and their families, fostering open communication.
- Manage classroom dynamics, routines, and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan school-wide events and professional development initiatives.
Requirements
- A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an early years setting.
- In-depth knowledge of child development and educational best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute creative learning activities.
- Valid First Aid and police clearance certificate required.
