About the Role

You will be the primary point of contact for tenants and property owners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and property upkeep. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease agreements and identify maintenance needs.
• Oversee property repairs and improvements, coordinating with contractors and vendors.
• Screen potential tenants, process applications, and manage lease agreements.
• Collect rent, manage budgets, and handle financial reporting for property owners.
• Address tenant concerns and resolve disputes efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar real estate role.
• Strong knowledge of property management laws and best practices in South Africa.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and financial management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property visits are essential.
