About the Role

Our client is seeking an organized and efficient Aviation Ground Operations Coordinator to manage and oversee all aspects of ground handling services in Mahikeng . This role is crucial for ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient turnaround of aircraft. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, including flight crews, maintenance teams, baggage handlers, and air traffic control, to facilitate seamless operations. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all ground handling activities, including aircraft servicing, baggage loading/unloading, and passenger boarding/disembarking.


• Liaise with flight crews to ensure all operational requirements are met for timely departures and arrivals.


• Manage the scheduling and allocation of ground support equipment and personnel.


• Monitor flight schedules and operational performance, addressing any delays or disruptions proactively.


• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company procedures for all ground operations.

Requirements
