Senior Bioinformatician

About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Bioinformatician to join their expanding research team, operating entirely remotely . This role is critical for the analysis of complex biological data, including genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic datasets, to drive insights and discoveries. You will be responsible for developing and applying computational tools and pipelines to support various research projects. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust bioinformatics pipelines for analyzing large-scale biological data.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in bioinformatics or computational biology.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, Perl, or Java.
• Extensive experience with common bioinformatics tools, databases, and algorithms.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
