Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global operations strategy that aligns with the company's long-term vision and growth objectives.


• Lead, mentor, and manage a geographically dispersed team of operations professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive remote work culture.


• Oversee the optimization of all operational processes, including supply chain, logistics, customer support, and internal workflows, ensuring maximum efficiency and scalability.


• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all operational areas, reporting on progress and identifying areas for improvement to senior leadership.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data analytics and best practices to enhance operational performance and cost-effectiveness.


• Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and ensure effective financial stewardship for all operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Director, VP, Head of Operations).


• Proven experience in successfully managing and scaling operations in a remote-first or distributed global environment.


• Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to drive complex operational initiatives.


• Expertise in process optimization, supply chain management, and performance analytics.


• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, adept at managing virtual teams.


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
