Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire mechanical design process for new products, from initial concept to final production release.
• Develop and implement advanced mechanical designs utilizing sophisticated CAD software and analysis tools.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of prototypes to ensure performance, reliability, and safety standards are met.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful project delivery within scope.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement among the engineering team.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical design, product development, and project leadership.
• Expertise in advanced CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks Premium, Inventor, CATIA) and FEA tools.
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects in a remote environment .
• Deep knowledge of various manufacturing processes, material science, and design for manufacturability (DFM).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
